Deco 8" Horizontal Architectural Recessed HID Downlight

The DHA-8H is a 8” aperture frame-in kit for horizontal metal halide lamps. The DHA-8H is designed for use in non-insulated ceiling or for insulated ceilings but insulation must be kept 3” from all sides of the housing. The DHA-8H offers a wide choice of trim types including reflector, lensed and wall wash trims.

• 20-gauge CRS mounting ring, painted black. Housing adjusts for ceilings up to 1-1/4” thick.
• Commercial mounting kit provided up to 5” vertical adjustment which accommodates 1/2” EMT conduit, optional HB-24 or HBC-24 bar hanger or lathing channels for T-bar grid or concealed spline ceiling.
• Listed for through branch circuit wiring.(Max.8 No 12 AWG 90° branch circuit conductions (4 in, 4 out)).
• (5)1/2” knockouts with pry-out slots and (4) Romex knockouts
• Multiple reflector & trim options (See spec sheet)
• 4KV, standard porcelain medium screw base socket with high temperature leads and nickel-plated contacts.
• Heat sink aluminum cup, vertically adjustable multiple lampholder position for various size of lamps.
• 120 and 277 volts for 50/60Hz operation high power factor.
• Class A sound rated.These frames may install only electronic ballast and can be provided with magnetic ballast in a remote box.
• C-UL listed for damp location, C-UL listed for feed through.
